Refund Policy
One-time purchases
Packs cost $8.99 for 1 video, $19.90 for 3, or $29.90 for 5. There is no subscription. Each 10-second video uses 20 credits.
Failed or timed-out generation
Rejected uploads do not use credits. Credits are returned when a generation attempt fails or times out. A credit return restores your generation balance; it is not a cash refund.
Completed results and payment questions
If a completed video is unusable, credits were not returned, or you want to request a payment refund, use the Contact form with the order or task reference and a short description. Requests are checked against the order. Do not send card details or photos.
